- Bluetooth got its name from the Danish King Herald Bluetooth who united the Denish tribes into Denmark.

- As Bluetooth technology do the same , The name got approval from SIG ( Special Interest Group)

- Bluetooth is an open wireless Technology used for exchanging data over short distance.

- Bluetooth works on a technology named as Frequency hopping spread spectrum in the range of 2402-2480 MHz.

- A master Bluetooth can connect with other seven devices and the eight devices group is known as Piconet.

- When one Bluetooth device connect with another they make their relationship with a link key and when both the devices stored the link key they are said to be paired or bonded.
